This drive shaft set is required when the 3-axle rear tipper is converted to four-wheel drive.
(Application: From the 2-speed compact transmission to the 2-speed transfer case and on to the front, rear axle 1 and rear axle 2).
The length compensation of the drive shafts ensures, depending on the load, deflection and axle articulation, that the drive shafts are safely guided in the drivers.
Total length / (with length compensation):
– Shaft from 2-G gearbox to transfer case 45 mm
– Shaft with length compensation from transfer case to rear axle 1 57 mm (57 – 62 mm)
– Shaft with length compensation from rear axle 1 to rear axle 2 38 mm (with compensation 38 – 43 mm)
– Shaft with length compensation from transfer case to front axle 67 mm (with compensation 67 – 82 mm)
– Material: hardened steel
