Terms and Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions apply to the order and delivery of goods, which are beeing ordered by the customer
through the Online Shop of VEROMA MODELLBAU GmbH. Our offers are non-binding. We do reserve the right
for product changes in colordesign and technical improvements
Formation of contract
All offers of VEROMA MODELLING GmbH are non-binding.The contract between the customer and VEROMA MODELLING
GmbH comes only through an order initiated by the customer and its acceptance by VEROMA MODELLING GmbH.
The order is made online by filling out the order form of VEROMA MODELLBAU GmbH which is provided in the shop.
VEROMA MODELLBAU GmbH accepts the order by sending a confirmation email to the customer.
Rates & Delivery
Prices are subject to change and are valid from the warehouse of VEROMA MODELLBAU GmbH or any of its suppliers plus
the transport and packaging costs. Packaging costs are charged at cost price, transportation costs by weight.
Shipping form: by parcel service. The minimum order value of goods is € 15.00. Orders under € 15,
– we will the order value to € 15,.

Delivery
Please ensure that the product can actually be delivered to you. If you cannot be reached personally at your home, you
can specify the delivery address and the address of a neighbor or your workplace.
Transport Insurance & transportation damage
All shipments are insured without further payment by the customer against breakage. Should the delivered show goods transport damages, please confirm this immediately an informal letter by the deliverer. Please call us within 48 hours or send us an email. We will get in touch with you immedately. Until then, please do not return of the merchandise. Non prepaid shipmentsaddressed will not be accepted by us. In case of justified complaints, we will refund the postage costs incurred. Total sum insured is 500 € unless otherwise specified.

A) PRE Payment: Transfer of theMoney in advance including shipping costs (please wait for our order confirmation via E-Mail) stating your name to:Adress and Account Number will be send to you. (possible bank fees are at your expense)

C) Credit Card: This option can be used via PayPal
Other countrys – World:

Regulations concerning sales, delivery, warranty and guarantee are within the limits of statutory regulations
Complaints
We give great care with packing of your parcel. Nevertheless it can happen that were damaged through the transport. If this is the case please let us know immediately – latest one day after receipt of the delivery in writing. If the damage is visible from outside, you also need to inform the carrier so we can register for compensation. If you find defects caused by production – please let us know immerdiately in writing. Damaged goods must be send back free of charge for us after prior arrangement with VEROMA MODELLBAU. If the complaint is justified, the shipment costs oc course will be credited.
Withdrawal of contract
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (VEROMA MODELLBAU GmbH, Von Cancrin Str.7, 63877 Sailauf (Gewerbepark Weyberhöfe ), service@veroma-modellbau.eu, Phone: 06093 / 995346, Fax: 06093 / 995347) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Withdrawl Consequences:
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
Unless the parties have agreed otherwise, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts: Contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
General instructions:
1) Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transportation damage.
2) Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the above paragraphs 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
End of withdrawal
Protection of data
all relevant data for the ordering process are beeing stored electronical. Your personal data are beeing treated confidential and are not given out to 3rd parties.
You can at any given time get information about your stored data with us. You also do have the right to change this data and at your wish they will be deleted.
Retention of title
we retain our right of ownership to the delivered goods until the receipt of all payments out of the business relation. If the customer is not adhering to our regulations, especially on delay of payment we do have the right to withdraw from the sale. With rescinding from our side, this is no cancellation from the contract.
